Frequently Asked Questions

  • All! Weddings, Debuts & Social Events may it be: Civil, Military, Indoor, Outdoor, Destination Weddings, Themed, Production, Awards Night – you name it!

  • We cater to all religions.

  • We only cater to one event per day. In that way, we commit 101% of our time and effort on your special day, without any distractions.

  • We commit ourselves to respond to you within the day up to 48 hours the latest depending on your query (it usually takes longer if it's regarding another supplier); but if in case we have an event that day, please expect a response within 24 hours. We promise to get back to you as soon as possible!

  • Depends on the requirements and discussed services, but to give you an idea:

    → For weddings: 6-7 hours before ceremony time

    → For debuts & social events: 6 hours before program proper

  • Definitely! A 30-minute virtual meeting can be arranged so we can discuss any questions you might have. Additional rates apply for out of Metro Manila inquiry meetings.

  • We only require a Php 5,000 Reservation Fee to block the date (non-refundable & non-transferrable).

    Balance can be settled 1-2 weeks prior the event day (for online transfers) OR on the day (for cash payments).

  • All coordinators are:

    → Fully Vaccinated

    → In Full PPE Uniforms, Face Masks

    → Tested via Antigen Swab on a bi-monthly basis

    Furthermore, we have invested on the following:

    → Disinfection Area for Registration Area

    → Automated Health Declaration Forms

    NOTE: Clients will shoulder any costs for medical tests should the venue or the clients require such tests to be taken (Antibody, Antigen Rapid OR RT-PCR)
